Woman Drives Car Onto Train Tracks Because GPS Said to Go That Way
This Woman's GPS Told Her to Drive Into a Lake and She Listened
Everyone has ended up in weird places thanks to a "recalculating" GPS, but one woman in Tobermory, Ontario might just take the cake for the worst final destination: the bottom of a lake.
According to theToronto Sun, the 23-year-old — who, for obvious reasons, chose not to speak to the media — was driving through an especially bad nighttime fog and relying a littletoomuch on her GPS for guidance. It was raining, and visibility was difficult, so when she approached a boat launch at Little Tub Harbor, she wasn't actually able to see it. When her GPS told her to keep going, she ended up driving straight into Lake Huron as a result.
